Yes these are adult socks but they could be for a kid with big feet. Yes the size range I gave is shoe size. They stretch enough to fit my 7.5 feet. I don't know about anything bigger than that but I wouldn't recommend bigger. I have other character socks like this. These seem a tad bit smaller than my other ones so they will be really form fitting. Thank you. Or you can use it to carry your phone. I've seen sock purses like that.
