HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST::
Take a piece of string or anything similar, and wrap it around your wrist, then measure that next to a ruler to get your wrist size Over time, it will shrink a bit and mold to your wrist due to wear and the oils on your skin. It is made to last for a very long time (or until you may actually need to use it).
