It does not have a camera. You can very easily access the Internet via wifi with this tablet.

Kindle has their own format -.azw,and it is the best for Kindle Fire.if you want to read your cbr/cbz files you should use Calibre
http://www.epubor.com/how-to-convert-ebooks-with-calibre.html
to convert them to azw ,mobi or pdf which Kindle suopport .Hope this is helpful!
