Hi it's 23" across underarm unstretched and 26" + stretched. It has lots of stretch to the material and approx 27" from shoulder strap top to bottom. Hope that helps. Sorry I missed your question earlier. Had a root canal and it's put me in a lot of pain still. Not on top of my game at the moment.

LUCKY YOU! That shouldn't be a problem. It is super comfy, like you're not wearing much at all as it drapes so nice and is light weight. I love going to Vegas. Haven't been in over 10 years. Have to get on my husband to take me. Well over due. I wish U the best of luck!
