This is a brand new red Samsung flip phone. It DOES NOT come with a charger. Its a us cellular. It works. Manufacturer mode still.

I bought a plan with my phone company for four phones. I was keeping one on hand for a friend in case they had some hard times. Well God blessed them and I did not need this phone so it never got used because I bought out right from my phone company. It was not used other than to turn it on to show that it works. It does not have a charger because I used on one of my other three flip phones I had. So because no one used it it never got personalized by anyone . If I was to have given the to my friend then I would have had to take them in to activate it and it would be personalized to there own spects and pin number. But it never came to that.

What does manufacturer mode mean?

It means all the data that would have been on there such as old texts or phone numbers and any personalization has been erased. So its like a brand new phone it has no data.

The carrier was us cellular. I don't know about sims? I had a contract with us cellular but I upgraded before it was used.
