Yes its all there... camera, battery, charging cable, bag, new tapes, straps, and a converter tape. To my knowledge it doesn't take a memory card but Google the model number and you may be able to tell for certain.

Thanks!! I noticed that there was another on here that's almost the same model but has a smaller display screen than mine.... and WOW it has like 10,000 points right now. This is really nice, and it hasn't been used in a couple of years, and wasn't used much back then. When my girls were little I had a camcorder out almost daily... but now they're all living away from home and you can only have 'so many' home movies of your dog lol! I'm not sure, but I doubt it... I would assume because it's VHS-C it wouldn't but then again the zoom is digital.. so I'm not for sure. Sorry, I'm just not that tech savvy.. You could Google the model number and see if that's possible.. If I Googled it, it probably wouldn't make sense to me.. but if you know the lingo perhaps you'd get a correct answer!
