Dell Vostro 1500

In good condition, light wear. Older laptop, but good for school work or general use. It will not come with a charger (the old one wore out, replaced with a universal charger from Best Buy, which is powering my wife's now)

USPS flat rate international looks to be $61.75 without insurance, or $84.95 with insurance; looks like $3 more for a certificate of mailing to confirm shipment. FedEx is estimating $174!!!

No, the original charge for this failed about 18 months ago. Not long after the charger for my wife's failed as well. We bought a universal charger from Best Buy, and she is still using that one for her's daily

I have heard numerous people saying it can be upgraded to 7, but never did myself. It has enough ram and processor speed, and with the upgraded harddrive it should have room for the install.
