No phone calls to make. Plug your computer into our TV and the turn TV on. Then Plug in your Rabbit and the instructions will guide you through it. Its not hard at all.

You plug it into your computer and the computer into your Tv and follow on screen directions. They will send you A BILL FOR 10.00$ NEXT YEAR
