The phone is currently locked to AT&T, so yes it has a SIM slot, it is also jailbroken so it can be unlocked

This is a great deal! I just got an AT&T 3G and put it on straight talk. You don't have to unlock it its very easy! F&W and possibly bidding so i can have a second line :)
