You get everything you see. NOTE: This is costume jewelry and the earrings are CLIP ONS. They aren't for pierced ears. Also in the lot is a letter R pin.

This was given to my daughter and she never wore any of it. I looked at them before and while taking pics. At first I thought the blue pairs might have had problems but looking closer at them and when you blow them up they have designs on them. All of them the backs are fine and like I said she never wore any of it. She never wore bc her ears are pierced.
