It's not so hard to verify your account. I see that you connected your Facebook account to your listia account.
Now all you have to do is verify your phone number and it'll Give you the account "Verified Level 1" badge.

No. It means that you can get from $50 to $100, not both.
From 0-84,999 credits, you'll get $50
If auction goes above 84,999 credits, u'll get $75.
If auction goes above 109,999, the winner will get $100 gift card.
