EX condition? does this mean excellent condition? the card looks like it has creases in the top right corner?

Yes the card had crease in the top right corner.
for me is in EX condition. please see below what in means EX on a grading company:

EX 5: An Excellent card is a card with 80/20 or better centering, minor rounding or fuzzing of corners, roughness or chipping along edge (no layering), one VERY slight surface or "spider" crease may exist on one side of the card, gloss may be lost from surface with some scratching that does not detract from the aesthetics of the card.

please don't take my comment about the condition of the card as rude. I was just trying to clear up if the card is creased or if it was something to do with the pic. F&W! please fan back......-thx
