This is a beautiful specimen!
But, can you check it under magnification, again?
From your image there are small black marking across some of the perforations on the bottom...part of a cancellation of the stamp below it when removed from a block?
[These stamps only came in limited values, were often used in multiples, and in blocks to pay the entire fee for inspections, and not always adhered fully to a document.] So it could be, full gum, but 'used' anyway, if canceled.
No matter what, it would still a GREAT stamp to own, with fine color, margins, and excellent centering!

I checked the stamp, and stamps is perfect MNH, it was taken out from the sheet of stamps in my own collection, so be safe I requested Listia to attach another photo of the bottom side of the stamp, hope you will see the difference soon.

Thanks! Assuming you're right, then I have two other possible theories for the existence of the gray-ish colors in the photo on some of the perfs. at the bottom (and top edges).
[ I wish there was some way to put an arrow or a circle on them in the photo to make sure we both know what I'm trying to point out.]

1) If this stamp was removed from a sheet by tearing against the edge of a metal ruler, or the like, to keep the perforations straight, it might have picked up dust/oil or oxidation from the edges of a metal tool (particularly aluminium) and left a mark.
Or,
2) Those aren't marks, at all. Just shadows from the turned-up edges of the torn perforations which occurred when they were separated.
Now, I'm thinking this is what is showing in that image.
