This is absolutely gorgeous! I bought it today, as part of a set with a hard-sided wallet. Unfortunately, I use duplicate checks, and they don't let it close neatly with a full book. When I put a book of regular checks in, it closed just fine, fyi. :) It's like nothing I've ever seen before, I just had to have the design. The "pleather" (That's how I think of it, I don't know what it's really made out of, but I do not believe it's genuine leather) is white, with an almost oriental floral design, and black over it, in a raised snakeskin pattern. You really have to look to see what it is, it's eye-catching and quite beautiful. My cell phone flash really doesn't allow you to see how pretty it is. It has slots in it to hold your checkbook and a register. Happy bidding!
