The listing, Black Velvet and Satin Paisley Empire Waist Halter Top Size XL MUST SEE!!! has ended.

This black halter top is velvety and stretchy satin. It has an elastic empire kind of waist which is nice because it allows for some tummy coverage and as you can see in the photo it flares out a bit at the empire waist part so you aren't left with a skin tight halter top. It is a size XL and I wouldn't recommend it unless you're either larger around the top or have a large chest since it doesn't have straps. If you need specific measurements please let me know and I'll be glad to post them. It is too big for me now as I have been losing some weight but is in perfect condition and ultra cute. I hope it finds a good home!!

Awesome! I hope this goes for a decent amount of credits because it was bought at a store that sells high line designer clothes, so it was expensive and then I lost a bit of weight and it doesn't fit so well anymore!! I hope it goes to a good home. If bidding gets really high I'll ship for free!!!

My chest is a fair size too, but this gave a decent amount of coverage, and I also have a long torso, but am only about 5'6" or 5'7". You could definitely wear it over a cute tank top for the summer! I know what you mean on having that much skin showing though :)

I have a halter dress with good elastic on it listed on here and someone asked if it had straps and I mentioned how easy it would be to take an old bra and cut the straps off and just sew them on. I have done that before and it works great!! I have cut straps off of a bra, sewed them onto a tube top like this and then worn the then strapless bra underneath. It really works great!

Laying flat the empire waist is just over 17" (34" all the way around) the bust is a little more than 18" laying flat (it puffs out with room for your chest a bit so kind of hard to measure so would fit larger than 36" bust around, probably up to 41" or 42" and then you'd have a lot of cleavage) bottom hem is 22" flat, so 44" all the way around, and the length is 14" from the arm pit with a bit extra at the bust (probably a couple of inches) to cover more of the "goods."
