When my cousin was diagnosed with breast cancer, I wanted to think of something I could do to let her feel my love from the West Coast to her on the East Coast. I quickly made her an afghan, but knew I needed to do more that encompassed all the women in the family. So I made these bracelets for each woman/girl in the family. When my cousin is having a procedure, we all wear our bracelets in support, since we are all scattered across the country.

And now I offer a unique, handmade bracelet up for auction. I made only 2 of these and one has already been sold. I use various mediums, from clay, glass, wood & pewter beads. I used a power cord for the elastic.
