This dress is so cute and cool for summer. Very comfortable and still feel a little dressy too. It's that krinkle kind of material that looks wrinkled but it looks good. It has like a double layer in the skirt part that are different legnths at the bottom. Very feminine. It is a large.

I am a 36 b and there was plenty of room for more. lol It is a sort of full, not form fitting so I' m a 36 hips I don't know my waist but there was lots of room. Does that help

I don't really know how to do that but I took a measuring tape, layed the dress down flat and it was 10" across the bustline . The waist was 17 anhalf . If I stretch the bust area, which it does with ease, it's all elastic It went to 17 ansd a half and when I spread the waist and rest of skirt out the waist appeared to be19 and a half inches. I hope this helps.
