It's silver in tone, but not sure if it's silver, or silver plated.

That happens a lot that there are no bid's in when you have still that much time left, most the people start bidding a view day's before it ends and yes free shipping is always better, but for myself I do have to charge a small fee for $3.00 Dollars or when they use GIN, I do have free shipping; For myself it has been working quit well because I will most the time put a GIN in what a lot of people like, so they don't have to wait and they can get it right away, hope it helped a little and if You have any questions, I will do my best to answer them; And I will be bidding, but i always wait to the last couple of day's
