The listing, LG Optimus L9 Dual Core Android Jelly Bean Smart Phone has ended.

Used Optimus L9 T-Mobile phone. It does not come with a Sim card or an SD card. It does come with the bumper case in the pics. No charger included. The screen has No cracks, no scratches, no damage. The battery is fine and holds a charge. I upgraded to a Nexus 5 so I'm selling my old phone. This was $200 when I bought it and still sells for that much. It's a nice phone and has a very large 4.5 inch screen and a 1ghz dual core processor.

It is most likely locked to T-Mobile. It is fully paid for and has a valid IMEI

Correct. You can cut a regular Sim to fit. I did and it worked well.
