No, sorry it isnt. Actually it will cost more to mail that then I am asking. But shipping is alot less than buying the kit and all the rubberbands.

I understand that this is a free site, but its not free for me to send it, and shipping is expensive. The kit runs over 15.00, plus you are getting 8 bags of bands for 6.00 shipping, and that isnt even enough to ship it. I did say that if I can get over a 1000 bids, I would send it free. Sorry

Hey mommy I am with you. Free shipping is nice. But when people get something for free they should not complain about shipping. If someone has a lot of auctions the shipping for the seller really adds up.
