This must have been great for certain tight places! These guys were famous for drop-forged arms and sewing machine parts when they began. Later, they bought out a tool making company named Bemis & Call and branched out into tools like wrenches. Any idea if this is one of their own design or a re-use of a B&C pattern?

I'm guessing this might have been made about 1929-30. And, probably in Connecticut. Also, it seems like the handle design would have been necessary to provide space for working on pipes in close parallel. (It was the Steam Age, after all.) Anybody have a better thought?
