The listing, Apple Earbuds With Microphone has ended.

I've had a customer assume I was a scammer and called me one and she said really mean things to me (made me cry even) and I actually had them returned to me because no one claimed them! I have a strict NO RETURNS policy on items like this because they have never been worn so If I sell them I have no way of knowing if the customer has worn the item. (Even if it was just for a second.) These headphones with microphone HAVE been opened but when I saw them I instantly hated them so I redboxed them. They have NOT been used.

He didn't return them. He never communicated with me so I just told him to ask for his credits back and I refunded him. I communicate and it's frustrating when the other person doesn't. He wasn't very polite either. :'( I'm not sure if they can I haven't used them.
