Wow, I was scammed and I'm saying that you can bid. I'm also saying, if you read carefully, I'm trying to protect my auctions by not giving refunds to those that have less than 90 positive Feedbacks. Now, it seems to me that if you are honest you would know that! You can do whatever you want. I'm ex law enforcement retired and I'm already sick and tired of the scammers that operate on Listia. You can feel insulted or whatever you want to feel. But one thing is certain, I will not tolerate scammers or dishonest people! Don't bid on any of my auctions. I have sent every last item listed. I will protect myself. I have lost over 15,000 plus credits to scammers and I will not tolerate it!

i had to send every thing with tracking because people saying they did not receive the coin now i have to buy the bubble pack envelopes so i can get tracking to keep the loss down but it costs more

I only send items with tracking that way we both are safe. I'm as honesty as they come. I'm ex law enforcement and hold myself to a much higher standard of integrity than most.

Same here I watch many of your auctions and I am ex law enforcement. I sale on ebay and here both, and its amazing the stuff people try to pull. I protect my auctions ever way I can just like you do. People do not like it, do not bid then or if they take offense they must be feeling guilty about something.

They really don't read carefully. I basically said that I would not give refunds unless you have 90 Feedbacks. There were complaints and they didn't bid. Plus they complained to Listia that I refused to allow them to bid which wasn't true.

I am new to Listia thanks for posting this an I was sure there was scams going on somewhere. I wish things could just be honest and fun the way it's meant to be. My uncle is still in law enforcement so if your like him then I know I can bid with confidence on your items. I build helicopters for the military myself. It was the closest I could get to enlisting after a bad car accident about 8 years ago so now I provide for the military and work hand on hand with some as we build there helicopters. (Blackhawks Seahawks Romeo CH-53k and HH Medi vac)
