I ship the vast majority of my auctions free so I do not use DC or insurance. The PO gives me a receipt that shows what zipcodes are mailed to and the amount of postage. That is my proof that I mailed the package. I am not responsible for packages once they are shipped but I do my VERY best to make sure they can make it to you safe and sound!
