This is a 2 gig black mp3/mp4/photo player with charge/sync cable and earbuds-

It works fine- i won it off here from a nice seller- the fact is-- I just dont really like it alot- hey im honest! its nothing to do with the seller at all- I guess im just use to ipod,creative and sansa players- and most others i try, i just am not pleased with- and thats that-
if your looking for an ipod replacement? this is not for you- in fact--you will hate it-
if you just need a simple player- this will do fine for you- some folks bid because something looks cool- well, thats a bad idea- people should search around and really know what they are looking for before buying! thats just my opinion--just because it may look like a steak, it very well could be a veggy burger--lol--- ALL pics are of the player you are bidding on! for the record- it has no name on it- but it looks to me to be a pasbuy? in fact im sure it is!

does thos operate pretty much like a ipod...as in it holds music and u use the sliding your finger around the circle method to pic a song? can you just usa any music files you have or do you need a special file? i just want this for my mom...she's gong through chemo and her sessions aren't short so she needs something to keep her entertained and she loves music so she might like this. she hasn't had a ipod so i think she'd be ok with this.

No it is push button. Sry to hear about the chemo, sat many hours with my dad when he went through that. I truly think your mom would be better with something more simple. Like just a simple gpx player or something like that. I'm sure this would be ok. But something more simple would be better for someone dealing with chemo.
