This book is very worn. It is very interesting despite its age. It gives a sample 2 weeks of menus. They had a real good meal for lunch on Sundays and sweet tea for supper. Anyone who works in the prison system would find this book interesting. The pages are rippled and the binding is bad. Very interesting indeed! Date 1909
