It can be worn any way you like.

The colors are inside and outside, not JUST on the outside that can be seen when worn.

There are thin black stripes spaced evenly from top to bottom, or left to right, depending on how it's worn.

There isn't a size listed, but I'd guess maybe a 7 or 8. DON'T QUOTE ME ON THAT!
