It IS USED. It show signs of use on the handle from use and on the barrel of the hair dryer from use and being dropped. (Showed in pictures), I used this item a lot as I am a stylist and always get new blow dryers. It is still in working order (also shown in picture). It has a high and low speed setting and a hot and warm temperature setting and also a cold setting.
