Up for auction is a steel survival knife. It measures 10 1/2 inches long and it a hair under 3/16 inches thick. The handle is wrapped in paracord like material. If you take the paracord off the knife, it could be thrown. This knife is perfect for a bug out bag and you wouldn't mind hitting it with a hammer to chop something versus using your expensive Gerber or something else. What do you mean by " bug out bag" ?

A "bug out bag" is a bag that in case of an emergency you can grab it and survive for a couple days. The government suggests you have supplies to last a few days in case of a natural disaster etc..... I have a back pack with needed supplies and some tools, this knife is one of my tools.
