This is a great product and one of the best if not the best available on DVD.

I've had this for over a year & after 3 or 4 attempts with the program I've decided to pass it on to someone else who could use it. There is a lot of fast movement and jumping exercises in this so if you have weak ankles or are looking for something easy this is NOT for you. Lots of cardio and strength exercises!

The case and the guide are a lil beat up but they are still good! Yes, there are quite a bit of scratches on the first half of the DVDS. But these are lite, & last time I checked Oct. 2013 they all still worked great when used in a computer disc drive. If you have any problems with them running, using some scratch remover should do the trick.

The nutrition guide includes a meal planner, recipes, & a build your own meal guide. There is a calendar that goes with the DVD set which I've used and tossed out, but all calendars for this 60 day program are available to print online. Just type in "Insanity Calendar".

Retail value for this brand new is well over $100.
