From top to bottom they measure about 40" and from the crotch to bottom they measure 30"

They are not TIGHT but they are skinny jeans, so it's smaller at the ankle.

Can you tell me are these true to the size? My daughter wears a 1 but can fit smaller 3s also are they stretch

They are true to size. I normally wear 3's that fit like 5's and these don't fit. And they have a little bit of stretch. :)
