Aww I was hoping the bird came with LOL. I have a cockatoo and am looking for another. So you say this is new and does it say medium? I got one that wasn't med. and no way will it fit.

It should fit smaller cockatoos. i bought it for my blue front amazon and no matter how I try can"t get her to adjust to wearing one.

When I bought it I was told it was a large, it has no tags on it, I fitted it to my amazon and it fit her

I have a Goffin's that it would be perfect for. She already wears the Flight suit so I think she will adjust to a harness pretty well.

No, it will fit smaller cockatoos, but Diamond is a little to big. I bought it for my blue front amazon and she will not let me near her with it.

Mine is a little over a pound and is around 16 inches. from head to tail. fit or not?

Most likely it would, that's smaller that my cockatoo. It almost fits mine but I've never been able to put one on Jack he goes totally spastic. My females smaller and it will fit her, but she will not wear one. She's about the size of yours, it mostly would have gone on her but she won't have no part of it.
