FREE: Magic the Gathering Victual Sliver Out of Print

Two things I'd like to point out. #1. You have a new account with no verifications of any kind so nobody is going to be willing to pay you money not knowing if you're real or if they'll actually receive their winnings and #2. Virtually everyone offers free shipping on single cards (unless they're trying to be sneaky and get a cards value in spite of how many credits it brings) so nobody is going to want to pay you $1.50 to put a 49cent stamp on an envelope to mail them a 39cent card. Please believe me when I say I'm trying to be helpful here and point out that you're probably not going to have much success on this site by sticking to those terms. The simple fact that you're not offering free shipping on this is the only thing keeping me from bidding on it.

Generally a nice tight sleeve, some like to wrap that in a piece of paper, and that in an envelope (all scotch tapped) is typical of most sellers on here and generally accepted. There are a few who take more care in their packaging but their prices reflect it, you'll get to know who's who and who does what if you're on here long enough :)
