Is this gsm or cdma network on Straight Talk?
Straight Talk offer for mobile unlimited text talk data at 45 dollars a month but users are prohibited from tethering with mobile device. If they do their data gets turned off until next payment. So how does this device work under same service provider without getting banned temporary? Where was this device purchased?

Tethering is using your straighttalk phone and hooking it up to a computer so the computer uses the data from the phone, that is tethering... the device listed in this auction is a wifi hot spot, it provides wireless internet that your phone can connect to or a tablet or a computer so it can hvae the internet. it is not tethering, all it is doing is providing internet for any enabled device that can connect o wifi, in no way is it against the rules. try googling how wifi works and what tethering is. it isnt difficult.

Great auction btw, i use alot of data on my STRAIGHTTALK phone and sometimes i run out of data, this device would be great for me because when my phones runs out of data i can use this device as a hotspot and connect my phone to it. I have read about this paticular device on GOOGLE and its actually pretty cool.

Or in the summer time i can bring this wifi hotspot to the park when we have family in town and my nieces can connect their tablets, or i can use it to connect to pandora for music.
