The listing, “Nuno Kogo” Fabric Incense Container or Jewelry Box - It Twists to Open has ended.
This is a mint-in-box Nuno-Kogo insense or jewelry box. Closed, it measures 1¼” high, 2 ¾” wide. The lid opens with a twist and expands to 3 ½” high. It is made in Japan of silk kimono fabric.

Questions & Comments
I love these. Were they originally designed for incense? Fanned and bidding.
According to the flyer in the box, they were designed for holding incense or to be used as a jewelry box, but I don't know if I would put incense in it. I'd want to keep the fabric clean (but that's just me!)
