Im not sure of the range but I do have one of these of my own and it is great. My home is 1100 square feet and I can walk the whole house with no problem.

awesome thanks for the reply on range. i can barely walk to the other rm with my headset. plus its earbud style and can bug the heck out of me. so these would be sweet. but i think im gonna b out of luck they are already getting pretty high.
