Size 4 Dark blue, they have one velcro strap. They have some blue suede on them as well. They look practically brand new, just bought them at a sale and they are 2 small for my little one. Brand is Genuine Kids from Oshkosh. They show no wear, not even on the soles. They are super cute! They have a little yellow pin-stripe on the sides.
