It is gently used. It was my daughter's and she only used it a few times. WORKS PERFECTLY. Various settings for different weather conditions. Settings go from 1 to 30. #1 being the coolest setting and #30 for maximum heat.

IT HAS BEEN CLEANED COMPLETELY AND DISINFECTED SINCE USE!!!!!

Also has a lock feature to keep it closed when not in use.

There are three control buttons, these include: The power button, and a + or - (plus or minus) button to adjust heat setting.

Not many flat irons allow you to start with WET HAIR AND END UP WITH STRAIGHT DRY HAIR.
