FREE: ANTIQUE TEAPOT

The listing, ANTIQUE TEAPOT has ended.

This is a real special piece folks. This was my grandmothers and I have seen these at Antique shops. It is hallmarked on the bottom, with "Muchurin" As near as I can make out. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and the bamboo handle is intact and in great condition. I grew up see this in my grandmothers china cabinet and she told me it was from the 1930's and got it from her Aunt when she was first married. Happy bidding.

High folks...just to update you a bit...about the hallmark on the bottom.... with a magnifying lens, it says....." Muchon ware K (within a circle) hand painted Japan
Japanese pat. no. 69429."....I can read all but the very first word as it is very light and hard to read. thanks !
