can you tell me why there are only two stars on the white line, In authentic NYPD patches there are 5 to represent the 5 boroughs. Can you authenticate this or is it just a fake reproduction?

Maybe it is real and that's why it's unused because there was a printing mistake. Why would someone make a fake without the right amount of stars? I think it's super awesome!
