This 3+ carat smoky topaz has no flaws! This oval stone would sit lovely in a sterling silver/white gold setting! Again as with most of my gemstones, makes a great pendant and one heck of a ring! THE LAST 2 PICTURES ARE .012 ct. champagne diamonds I am adding to this listing!!! Yes, they are real diamonds. They may be small but accented to the smoky topaz the piece you can make can be interesting or just use the diamonds to replace stones on a ring that has been sitting in the jewlery box because you thought the jewler would charge you an arm & a leg to replace the one that fell out!!!

I hope I tried to answer your question with an honest response, but I really don't know for sure. I do know it is a real gemstone. Bought this years ago at a trade show in Arizona.

To answer you honestly I don't know.... To the best of my ability it is a real stone. This has been in with my gemstones since 2003 & the other smoky topaz/quartz I have, have the same dark brown color. Sorry it would cost to much to get all my stones verified by a jewler, but if I thought for a minute it was fake I would not sell it. thanks for asking.

thanks many more to come... all different kinds of gemstones precious and semi precious. like I said in your earrings was a designer but had to give it up. I'm not a jewler just loved to make my own things. Now I'm just depleting my gemstone collection....maybe down the road something will catch your eye and I'll get a nice piece of handmade jewlery from you with my stones!!!!

I have soooo many other stones to auction. I do have a couple more smoky quartz's maybe 2-3 cts a marquise a pear shape (but that one is a little chipped and another pear or oval I have to check and a deep dark smoky quartz(almost looks black) that is a square at least a 2 ct on that 1 too.
