its brand new. never been used i just had a another card that was cheaper and it was a usb one this one is a wifi card that dont go in ur computer and has a charger to charge into the wall it has all the papers and u half to hook it up threw verizon. i dont know all the information my sister bought it for me and i didnt want it
when u get it you can call verirzon and set it up for your self

you half to pay for shipping, i am sorry do to all the people who have scammed me. i cant afford shipping due to the fact i am disable. if u want this you half to pay shipping and i will try to make it as cheap as i can.
