Here are 2 pilates dvd's. They are not workout DVD's, they are about principles of pilates. They teach you how to properly perform Pilates moves, how to move your body, how to breathe...etc. One movie has a stress crack at the hole, it does not reach the actual silver and does not inhibit play. (see 4th pic). Both like new! no scratches.


Sorry, I usually charge for shipping. I really want to get rid of my things and see somebody who wants it, get it. I just can’t afford to pay all the shipping fees. If you are willing to a GIN for high enough credits, I may do free shipping on certain items.
