Yes, the ESN is clean, I upgraded to the Razor-M. That is the only reason this is available. I am sure I can find an extra charger along with the charger for a car. I have several laying around/

The phone is unlocked. A friend borrowed it for a couple weeks when his phone broke and he was able to use it with his account with no problems.
