I have recently encountered a problem with a return. A bidder returned an brand new item stating it didn't work. She waited 5 weeks to return it and only returned part of it. The item was in very bad condition when she returned it.
Due to this I will only accept returns if the item idoesn't work. Item MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS WHEN I SENT IT. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION. I am sorry to have to do this but due to the condition of the returned item I could not return or exchange it.
