Not new, but not sure what the age is since I got it at auction with a number of other pieces. I didn't see any marks. This is a pretty pin and is not tarnished or anything.

It's not new; I got it at auction in a box of costume jewelry. It's very pretty and not tarnished or anything, so I don't know if it's gold plated. I didn't see any marks.
