the glue you need is PLASTIC CEMENT GLUE FOR MODELS and the type of paint you would need is ENAMEL OR ACRYLIC PAINT FOR MODELS a good brand is TESTORS hobby & craft enamel or acrylic. you can get this from any hobby store online or from ebay.

im a pro plastic model guy and the best glue to use is at the hardware store ask for [clear} crazy glue it is the best and melts the two pieces together and is crystal clear when dries leavin no frosty mess on the parts like regular crazy glue does
