Yes, It has not been used with Verizon since 2009 and I called to make sure that it was clear before I even put it on here. I hope that helps. They said that you will have to give them the number from back of the phone to have it turned on as a pre-paid or as a line...

I did find the USB cord that goes with this phone as well so it will be sent as well with the phone.
