West Front: Operation Sea Lion is TalonSoft's official scenario add-on pack to their original game West Front. The add-on can also be used with the West Front: Elite Edition version as well. More than 30 new scenarios are offered including eight hypothetical scenarios dealing with Operation Sea Lion. What if Hitler's Nazi German air force, the Luftwaffe, had won the Battle of Britain and then launched an invasion of England? TalonSoft addresses that alternative history in West Front: Operation Sea Lion.

In addition to the new scenarios, three linked campaigns are offered. Operation Sea Lion deals with a German parachute battalion in the hypothetical invasion of England, A Force 10 Storm is designed more for the novice player as an introduction to linked campaigns, and Hohenstaufen's Armored Fist focuses on an SS-Panzergrenadier battalion on the move from Normandy to Falaise.

Scenarios in Operation Sea Lion take you throughout the war-ravaged region including locales such as Broome Park, Dover, Aslagh Ridge, Cranbrook, Cuscia Hill, Lyddon, Mark Cross, Minster, Origny, Puffendorf, St. Julien and many more. As with West Front, gameplay can be viewed in both 2D and 3D perspectives in this turn-based combat strategy game.
