Vintage 1934 Malibu Pattern A-1 Plus Oneida LTD. Wm.A. Rogers 10.5" pie cake server. This has received an initial light cleaning to reveal pattern and markings. The detailed cleaning,i will leave to the lucky winner of this beautiful piece of silverplate serving ware. Completely pierced all around the relatively flat paddle surface,some wear in center and scratch marks from normal use. It seems someone at some time in the past used the tip in a rough manor causing a slight small turned up dent in the tip. I have not tried to repair this in any way,and considering its age,I believe the occasional ding lends some character,this is a very simple pattern and complete services can still be found for tableware in this pattern,though serving pieces are somewhat less easy to come by.
